SHIPPING POLICY

The following terms govern the shipping of goods to you:

  1. Any order placed on our website before 2pm between Monday to Friday and before 1pm on Saturday is processed and shipped on the same day. 
  2. Currently, most of the products are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. However, some items may have shipping costs depending on the nature of the product. However, shipping charges where applicable shall be non-refundable.
  3. Once an item has been shipped we cannot change or alter the shipping address. 
  4. All return charges will be paid by the customer and Techati will not refund that.
  5. For major cities / pincodes having direct air connectivity, orders will be shipped via Express mode to ensure the product is delivered as fast as possible within 3-4 working days. For pincodes having non-air connectivity, please expect a slight delay in delivery.
  6. We shall ensure to update you with regard to your Order’s status at every step via emails or updates on the Website. In the event You are unable to read the emails or have not received the emails or any form of intimation, please reach out to our Customer Care at support@techati.com If you have any further questions, please email support@techati.com with your order number so we can continue to help you the best we can.
  7. Upon delivery, You would be requested to sign a delivery form by our Agent. You are requested to sign the delivery form only if the Products are delivered in proper condition i.e. without obvious damage. Once You sign the delivery form, it shall be construed that the Product was delivered without any obvious damage to You and You will not be permitted to exchange or return the goods for such reasons.

NOTE: Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note that circumstances out of our control (natural disasters, holiday delays, etc.) may produce shipping postponements.
